Roofing Systems We Install

Flat and low-slope roofing systems we install.

We install and maintain every major commercial and industrial roofing system, and we will help you pick the one that makes sense for your building, your budget and our climate.

Single-ply roofing membrane installed on a low-slope roof

Single-Ply Roofing

A lightweight, flexible roofing system that uses a single membrane for waterproofing. Common types include:

  • TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin): energy-efficient, UV-resistant, with heat-welded seams.
  • EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer): a rubber membrane known for flexibility and long service life.
  • PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride): chemical- and fire-resistant, a good fit for industrial buildings and restaurants.
Modified bitumen roofing installation in progress

Modified Bitumen Roofing

A multi-layered, asphalt-based system built for flat roofs, offering excellent durability and flexibility.

  • SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene): elastic and flexible, installed with hot asphalt or adhesives.
  • APP (Atactic Polypropylene): more rigid and heat-resistant, usually torch-applied.
Inverted roof membrane assembly with insulation layer

Inverted Roof Membrane Assembly (IRMA)

A system where the waterproofing membrane sits beneath the insulation, protecting it from weather, UV exposure, and mechanical damage. Common on green roofs, solar installations, and high-traffic commercial applications.

Built-up roofing system with a torch-applied cap sheet

Built-Up Roofing (BUR)

A traditional roofing system made of multiple layers of bitumen and reinforcing fabrics, topped with gravel or a protective coating. Known for waterproofing, durability and fire resistance, and widely used on commercial buildings and high-traffic roofs.
